The Facilities Management Office is responsible for purchases of all new or used vehicles, as well as the rental of all vehicles. No department or student group may obtain a vehicle without approval of Facilities Management.

Safety features as well as carbon footprint impact will be considered in the purchase of both new and used vehicles.

Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance of all College-owned vehicles. The Fleet Mechanic checks vehicles prior to departure or at least weekly.
