Guests have access to the entire home. If you choose, each bedroom can be individually locked for more than one guest.

House Rules
- Children allowed, but the house is not child-proofed
- No pets allowed
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside. Violations incur a fee plus ozone treatment costs.
- No overnight street parking from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM per local ordinance.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per local ordinance. Noise complaints or violations may result in additional fees.
- Onsite parties or group events are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property and/or additional charges.
- No candles or open flames
- Fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.
- No garage access
- You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced.
- Energy Conservation
- Guests must keep all windows and doors closed when the HVAC is running. Please turn off the thermostat if windows or doors are opened to avoid unnecessary energy costs. We appreciate your cooperation.
