The Office of Human Resources verifies drivers’ driving records at least every other year and reserves the right to verify driving records more frequently if deemed necessary.

1. During the last three (3) years students can have no moving violations.  During the last five (5) years, students can have no convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances and no convictions for serious infractions such as reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, or fleeing from a police officer. 
2. During the last three (3) years, Faculty/Staff can have no more than two moving violations. During the last five (5) years, Faculty/Staff can have no convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances and no convictions for serious infractions such as reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, or fleeing from a police officer.
