How to Request a Charter
- To start the process, email Carla Hochstetler with the following information:
- Quotation (Price Inquiry)
- What size vehicle you are requesting:
- 16-passenger Sprinter Van
- 38-passenger Motorcoach
- 56-passenger Motorcoach
- Your desired pickup location with exact address:
- Athletic Fieldhouse Complex – 1600 W Michigan Avenue Kalamazoo, MI. 49008
- Dewing Hall (Near Red Square) – 1219 Academy Street Kalamazoo, MI. 49006
- Anderson Athletic Center – 1015 Academy Street Kalamazoo, MI. 49006
- Fitness and Wellness Center – 131 Catherine Street Kalamazoo, MI. 49006
- Natatorium – 1010 Academy Street Kalamazoo, MI. 49006
- Anywhere else that will accommodate a motorcoach
- Start Time: The time the charter departs Kalamazoo College
- We will arrive 15 minutes prior to departure unless otherwise stated
- End time: The time the charter will be back at Kalamazoo College
- Additional locations: Any additional stops or locations during your trip
- Quotations
- Carla will send the requester the Documents for the trip request
- Requester will inform Carla whether or not they will move forward to reserve the charter
- Quotation will be converted to a Charter reservation
- Charters
- Carla will send the Documents for the charter
- Requester will sign the Confirmation Letter and will return a copy to Carla
- Itineraries are due to Carla three weeks prior to departure date
